Refund and cancellation policy

At Fortepure, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our policy below and contact us anytime for assistance.


1. Returns

1.1 Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Products must be unused and in the original condition and packaging when received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Approved replacements for damaged or defective products will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

1.2 Return Process

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await your Return Authorization email, which will include the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely (preferably in its original packaging) with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable courier and retain your tracking number.

1.3 Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive either:
    • A replacement shipped within 5–7 business days, or
    • A refund credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

2. Order Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, for any reason, by emailing [email protected].
  • Once canceled, any payment already captured will be refunded within 7 business days.

2.2 Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • In this case, please initiate a return under our Return Policy once you receive the item.

3. Exemptions

Some items are non‑returnable and non‑cancellable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, health supplements)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery
